Pricing

Products are sold at the prices at which they were purchased from the online store, with the exception of pricing errors due to technical faults. Pricing errors may occur in various campaigns or similar cases where the product's price is unbelievably low. These orders will be cancelled and customers will be offered the opportunity to purchase the product at the correct price or with an agreed discount. We will always contact the customer immediately regarding the error and agree on further actions.

Customer Account

Under no circumstances may a customer disclose their customer account credentials to a third party. The customer is responsible for all actions and orders made in the online store using their credentials. The service provider reserves the right to change the username and password if necessary, by notifying the customer.

Availability

The online store is not responsible for errors or service interruptions caused by a third party, force majeure, or human error.
