Pricing
Products are sold at the prices at which they were purchased in the online shop, except for pricing errors due to technical error. Pricing errors may occur during promotions or similar events where the price of a product is incredibly low. These orders will be cancelled and an opportunity offered to purchase the product at the correct price or at the agreed discount.
We will always contact the customer immediately about the error and agree on the next steps to be taken.
Customer account
Under no circumstances may the customer disclose their customer account usernames to any third party. The customer is responsible for all transactions and orders placed in the online shop using his/her account.
The Service Provider reserves the right to change the username and password if necessary, by informing the Customer.
