Payment
Klarna (https://klarna.fi) is the payment intermediary for the online shop. Klarna Checkout makes it safe and easy to make purchases. Payment options for the online shop include invoice, direct debit, online banks and credit cards.

Delivery and delivery costs
We use a number of different delivery methods for our online shop. Delivery methods and prices may vary depending on the weight, quantity and dimensions of the product. Delivery prices can also be dynamically retrieved directly from carriers. Not all delivery methods may be available for all products.
You will see up-to-date information on the delivery price and the delivery methods available for your order in the online checkout. The delivery costs of the selected delivery method will always be added to the shopping cart total. We will deliver the order using the delivery method you have chosen.
Delivery time
Delivery times for products can be indicated in the product information. We always aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible, but delivery times may vary by product or delivery method. Possibly different delivery times will be indicated separately on the webshop's website.
Cancellation
Products ordered from the online shop have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of order, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, unless otherwise stated in the product information.
Before cancelling an order, the customer must contact our customer service and inform us of the cancellation and the upcoming return of the products. It is possible to make a return for all or only part of the products in the order. The products to be returned must be unused, in their original packaging and free of defects.
The seller has the right to reduce the value of the product in part or in full if the products have been used, are defective, the original packaging has been lost or the products are otherwise not in the condition in which they were sold to the customer.
Delivery charges will be refunded according to the price of the cheapest delivery method.
Payment will be refunded in the same way as the order was paid for. For example, when paying by card, the amount of the refund will be credited to the card. If this is not possible, another method of refund will be agreed.
