The founders of Lavliér are Jenna Tikkanen and Petro Lahtinen.
Their collaboration began in 2016 within the framework of the materials technology and design brand Woodio.

The birth of the Lavliér name is the story of two entrepreneurs' vision to create a new forest cosmetics and luxury lifestyle brand that combines the latest material innovations from the forest and Nordic simplicity with luxury, in an accessible way. The name was intended to reflect this exceptional combination - something wonderful, unique, beautiful, simple and unforgettable.
The inspiration came from the combination of Finnish and French. The word lovely in English reflects beauty and harmony, while the French nuance in the name suggests luxury and elegance. Lavliér is a combination that resonates with both Finnish minimalist design and French elegance - simple and beautiful, yet timeless and elegant.
