Payment
Klarna (https://klarna.fi) acts as the payment service provider for the online store. Klarna Checkout makes shopping safe and easy. Payment options for the online store include invoice, installment payment, online banking, and credit cards. Delivery and delivery costs
We use several different delivery methods in our online store. Delivery methods and prices may vary according to the product's weight, quantity, and dimensions. Delivery prices can also be searched dynamically directly from transport companies. Not all delivery methods may be available for all products. You will see up-to-date information on the delivery price and available delivery methods for your order at the online store checkout. The delivery costs for the chosen delivery method are always added to the shopping cart total. We will deliver the order using your chosen delivery method.
Delivery time
The estimated delivery time for products is 2-5 business days for orders within Finland. We always strive to deliver all orders as quickly as possible, but delivery times may vary depending on the product or delivery method. Any exceptional delivery times will be announced separately on the online store's pages.
Cancellation
Products ordered from the online store have a 14-day right of cancellation from the order date, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, unless otherwise stated in the product information. Before canceling an order, the customer must contact our customer service and notify them of the cancellation and the upcoming return of products. It is possible to return all products in an order or only a part of the products. The returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and flawless. The seller has the right to partially or fully reduce the value of the product if the products have been used, have defects, original packaging has been lost, or the products are otherwise not in the condition in which they were sold to the customer. Delivery costs will be refunded according to the price of the cheapest delivery method. The payment will be refunded in the same way the order was paid. For example, when paying by card, the refund amount will be credited to the card. If this is not possible, another method for refunding the payment will be agreed upon.
