We’re Looking for an Operational Manager to Join Lavliér’s Luxury Journey

Your Role – Masterpiece of Luxury

  • Guide our sales process with grace: From order deliveries to seamless invoicing, ensuring a flawless customer experience is your craft – as polished as a couture creation on the Paris catwalk.
  • Maintain impeccable inventory: Every product will be ready to enchant our customers.
  • Lead purchasing processes and supply chains with precision, reflecting the meticulous care of haute couture design.
  • Ensure our products meet cosmetics industry standards, shining with international compliance.
  • Play a central role in new product development, initiating production, and celebrating successful launches.

What We Expect – Organization and Expertise

  • Relevant Education: A background in chemistry, pharmacy, or another field supporting the cosmetics industry.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding cosmetics regulations and requirements – you’re familiar with the industry standards.
  • Experience: Previous involvement in product development, production, and launches – ideally, you’ve been part of creating something new.
  • Organizational Skills: The ability to coordinate and lead operational processes like a top-tier event planner.
  • Attention to Detail and Style: You see the fine details but also master the bigger picture.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Finnish and English – every conversation is an opportunity to leave an impression.
